What is your refund policy?
I accept most returns. I will also work with you if you need a ring in a different size, but you must contact me before shipping back your item and you must contact me within 5 days of receiving your product. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. In the event of faulty merchandise, Jewelry Jill's will either refund the full amount or send a replacement item. Shipping cost will be covered by Jewelry Jills. Pictures are required for faulty merchandise. Piercings are non-refundable for obvious health reasons by law.
What payment methods to you accept?
I currently accept payment using a Money Order, Cashier's Check, and Paypal. Visa and Master Charge are accepted via secure checkout using Paypal. Personal checks are also accepted. (See guidelines for overseas checks).
